A unique blend of sugar and spices - created on the North Coast of Ireland - is inspired by the tastes and aromas of my childhood in Brussels. My secret recipe contains seven high-quality spices that I gently toast, grind and then blend together with unrefined sugar.
This blend of rich, warming spices and sweet, almost caramel tasting sugar gives an end product that is both verstaile and ready to use in any cuisine that could do with a little spiced sweetness. The subtle and unique flavours of the expertly blended spices leave a delicate warmth on your tongue.
Here are some suggestion to get you started:
Sprinkle over popcorn, crêpes, porridge, french toast and hot chocolate
Roll snickerdoodles and doughnuts through some sugar and spice
Add to chantilly cream, custard, meringues, crumble toppings and stewed fruit
Rim a glass of eggnogg, warm apple cider, hot Port, hot red wine, hot whiskey or cranberry sauce for a non alcoholic beverage
